meta | five was founded in 2002 by experienced personnel and business consultants with a background in psychology and IT. These priorities continue to dominate the qualification of our continuously growing team and are represented in our corporate structure. The online team takes care of your survey or feedback projects, secures the ongoing advancement of our online solutions and covers all levels of support. The members of the consulting team accompany you, virtual or on site, personally and conceptually in all questions of human resources and organisational development. Overall and individual development processes they support as trainers, coaches or moderators. Experts in Diagnostics advise in particular in regard to the targeted use of instruments using the assessment center method. Our office management ensures smooth internal processes and guarantees our availability.
