Assessment

Group Assessments

Group Assessments are a particularly efficient way to conduct Assessment Centers. In order to make full use of the observer’s time, preparation and conduction of the exercises of different participants is coordinated most efficiently. Moreover, this form of organisation allows an observation of the candidates individually as well as in interaction amongst themselves.

Used as a development measure for internal staff, Group Assessments create the opportunity for networking, allow for an exchange in order to learn from each other and enable the integration of further elements that provide the group with shared learning experiences. This enriches Development or Orientation Centers in particular, fosters international or cross functional transfer of knowledge depending on the group of participants and supports teambuilding, if the Assessment is a prelude to a Development Programme.

In the course of personnel selection, Group Assessments facilitate the direct comparison of different applicants, which supports the decision-making and speeds up decision processes.
